SoundLab uses music technology and media arts as vehicles to empower youth as artists and activists while gaining valuable skills for careers in the music industry.

BAMP’s middle and high school SoundLab program provides opportunities for youth of underrepresented genders of all backgrounds to explore music technology and production careers. Students will develop their creative, analytical, and professional skills by learning to compose, produce, mix and master original music and sonic art. They'll also learn how to collaborate effectively with their peers, and gain real-world experience through workshops and mentorship opportunities from professionals in the recording industry.
