Aidan is a percussionist, audio engineer, and music producer. Over the last three years, he has taught drum set and percussion, guitar, ukulele, and music production to students of all ages. For Aidan, music is a means of expressing oneself and sharing aesthetic beauty with your community. His goals as a teacher are to inspire students to strive for excellence while fostering a love and passion for making music and performing.
Fostering a love of percussion that began at the age of thirteen, Aidan cultivated his diverse skills by playing in bands whose styles and genres ranged from punk to funk. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Audio Engineering and Music Production from Evergreen State College in Olympia Washington. In addition to teaching, he continues to develop his skills as an audio engineer in a variety of contexts, be it behind the board at a live concert, or behind the glass in the studio.
