Intermediate and Advanced level

A student-centric focus on music education and social development is at the heart of BAMP's

Students receive music instruction after school each day (following the FWISD calendar) in the form of the following:  full orchestra, wind ensemble, string ensemble, instrument sectionals, music theory, drum circle, and choir.  These classes are organized by ability-based learning groups.  Additionally, students receive social skills classes (life skills in 3-5 steps taught using the Boys Town Education Model) and feelings classes (instructional classes that help students learn how to handle their emotions).  The students receive a meal each afternoon provided by the Tarrant Area Food Bank.

“In watching Z progress over the last 3
years, she's gone from a rather timid,
quiet singer to now showing great
confidence (upright posture, smiling, etc.)
She doesn't hesitate to belt out a song at
any given moment! That confidence can't
help but to spill out into other facets of the
kids lives. Thank you for providing this for
our children — we notice it and appreciate
all that you've done… Thanks a million!"
